Mason Pete Dynamics B.V.
Cookie policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026
This policy explains how Mason Pete Dynamics B.V. ("Mason Pete", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. Read it together with our Privacy statement, which explains how we handle personal data.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer, tablet or phone when you visit a website. They can help a website work, remember preferences or collect information about how the website is used.
Similar technologies include pixels, tags, scripts and local storage. In this policy, "cookies" also refers to these technologies where relevant.
Cookies may be placed by us or by providers whose services we use. Session cookies normally expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a specified period or until you delete them.
2. Our current website setup
This website runs on Microsoft Power Pages and uses its standard platform cookies. We have not added Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn advertising tags or other marketing and advertising tracking tools. We currently do not use a separate cookie consent banner or preference centre.
Functional cookies
These support page loading, navigation, language settings and functions you choose to use, such as signing in. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website or a service you request do not require consent. Blocking them in your browser may prevent parts of the website from working.
Analytics cookies
We have not installed an additional website analytics tool. Power Pages has its own platform cookie, Dynamics365PortalAnalytics, which is included below. If we introduce additional analytics, we will explain the provider, purpose and duration here and ask for consent where required.
Preference cookies
The platform may remember language and time settings. Whether a preference cookie requires consent depends on its purpose and whether it is necessary for the function you request. Blocking these cookies may mean that preferences are not remembered.
Marketing and tracking cookies
We currently do not use marketing or advertising tracking cookies. If we introduce them, we will obtain consent before placing them. Declining them will not prevent you from using the website's core functions.
Website chat
Website chat is currently switched off for visitors. Microsoft Power Pages may still load platform components associated with chat; hiding the chat window does not guarantee that every related component or cookie is absent. If chat is enabled later, this policy will be updated to explain its operation and use of data. You can contact us by telephone, email or the contact form. Read our Privacy statement for information about how we handle your enquiry.
External content and services
Our website links to external services, including Microsoft appointment booking and LinkedIn. If you follow a link, the destination provider's privacy and cookie information applies. Following a link is your choice.
If we introduce embedded content, such as videos, maps or external forms, we will describe the relevant providers and cookies in this policy and obtain consent for non-essential tracking where required.
3. Power Pages cookies and duration
The table describes standard Power Pages cookies that may be used, depending on the features you access. It is based on Microsoft's Power Pages cookie documentation, rather than a claim that every cookie is placed on every visit.
Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
__RequestVerificationToken | Validates website requests. | Session |
.AspNet.ApplicationCookie; AspNet.ExternalCookie | Maintains sign-in. | Session; sign-in settings may vary |
OpenIdConnect.nonce.* | Links the sign-in process to your session. | Session |
adx-notification | Displays action confirmations. | Session |
ARRAffinity; ARRAffinitySameSite | Keeps requests on the same server. | Session |
ContextLanguageCode | Remembers language. | Session |
Dynamics365PortalAnalytics | Distinguishes visits for platform operation. | 90 days |
isDSTObserved; isDSTSupport; timeZoneCode; timezoneoffset | Supports local dates and times. | Session |
PrivateModeLoginCookie | Identifies authorised visitors while the site is private. | Session |
WebPageCaching | Supports page caching when enabled. | One day |
Microsoft provides the website platform. Its Privacy Statement explains its data practices.
4. Cookie banners and preferences
There is currently no separate cookie banner or cookie settings link on this website. You can manage stored cookies through your browser, as explained below.
Before adding cookies that require consent, we will provide a way to accept or reject them and to change or withdraw your choice. Non-essential cookies requiring consent will only be placed after you agree.
5. Legal grounds
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent where they are needed for the website to work or to provide a service you request. This follows the exception in Article 11.7a(3) of the Dutch Telecommunications Act. Where personal data is processed, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating a properly functioning website.
If cookies are used to record and respect your consent choices, they may also qualify as strictly necessary. Where personal data is involved, our legitimate interest is to apply your choices correctly and meet our accountability obligations.
Analytics cookies do not require consent only where they have no or limited effects on privacy and meet the applicable legal conditions. Otherwise, we will obtain consent first.
For marketing and tracking cookies, pixels, tags and similar non-essential technologies, we will obtain consent in advance. Where personal data is involved, the legal ground is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, alongside Article 11.7a(1) of the Dutch Telecommunications Act.
6. Giving, refusing or withdrawing consent
If we add cookies that require consent, you will be able to give or refuse consent and later change or withdraw your choice through the consent controls provided at that time. Refusing optional cookies will not affect the website's core functions.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of cookie use before withdrawal. You can also delete cookies already stored on your device through your browser settings.
7. Browser settings
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking functional cookies may affect how the website works, including sign-in and remembered preferences.
See your browser's help pages for instructions on managing cookies and other website data.
8. Third parties
Some cookies are placed or read by third-party providers. Those providers may be independently responsible for personal data collected through their services.
We use providers only for purposes consistent with this policy and our Privacy statement, and put appropriate agreements in place where required. Microsoft supplies the Power Pages platform described above. External booking and social media services apply their own policies when you visit them.
9. International transfers
Third-party providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we ensure an appropriate transfer mechanism applies, such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards.
For information about relevant providers and transfer arrangements, contact privacy@masonpete.com.
10. Your rights
Where cookies involve personal data, the rights explained in our Privacy statement apply. These include rights to access, correct or delete data, restrict processing and object to certain processing.
You can contact us at privacy@masonpete.com.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, cookies, providers or applicable rules change. The latest version is available on this website.
For significant changes, such as introducing new marketing or tracking cookies, we will obtain fresh consent where the law requires it.
