Helping people move forward

Peter founded Mason Pete in 2021. What gives him energy is helping people make progress: understanding what is getting in their way and making the next step clear.

He is curious about how things really work. That means looking beyond the screen, asking questions and listening to the people doing the work. He spots where information gets lost, tasks repeat or responsibilities become unclear, then brings structure to the problem.

Working across different sectors helps him recognise familiar problems in a new setting. He brings a fresh perspective, without assuming every organisation works the same way.

Peter works quickly and practically. He explains what is happening in everyday language and helps your team choose a first step. The aim is for people to feel less stuck and more confident about what to do next.

One problem, three perspectives

Peter connects the people doing the work with IT and management. He can explain the same issue from each perspective, so everyone understands the choices and can agree on what to do.

The business process

Start with how your team works, what customers need and where everyday tasks become difficult.

The technical setup

Translate the problem into practical changes in your existing Microsoft Dynamics setup, using standard Microsoft functionality first.

The business value

Weigh the effort against the benefit, so you can decide what is worth changing and why.

Work directly with Peter

As an external consultant and solution architect, Peter works for the end customer. With Mason Pete, you work directly with him to improve the application your team already uses.

His expertise is in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations. He also works with omnichannel customer service to connect conversations across channels and help teams manage them in one place.

He configures and tests changes with the people who will use them, explains how they work and documents the setup. Your team should be able to understand and manage its own application.
